Over the years RINGROSE BUILDING has taken on a wide range of exciting home extension projects that have added space, style and value to our clients' properties.

RINGROSE BUILDING enjoyed making a real difference with this first floor house extension in Bottesford. We built on top of the existing ground floor front elevation of the property and cut a new roof into the existing roof of the house. The extension was finished in Webber chalk white render making it incredibly smart.

RINGROSE BUILDING not only  doubled the size of this 400 year old house in the Vale of Belvoir, we also constructed stonework retaining walls with locally sourced iron stone which  were laid with lime mortar. We also constructed steps in keeping with the wall leading upto the new house extension which set it off perfectly.

We converted a 4 bedroom bungalow into a 7 bedroom house by building a new first floor on top of the existing ground floor elevation as well as building a new ground floor extension to the front entrance of the property
